Who do we work with?
Our therapists are trained and certified in a variety of different interventions and specialize in working with individuals and families, ages 3+, who have been impacted by trauma, attachment, foster care and adoption. Other challenges that our therapists can help address include depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship conflict, life transitions, substance abuse, survivors of suicide, military and first responders, and other mental health/emotional challenges.
Where are we located?
We are able to work with people throughout the state of Indiana through telehealth sessions. We provide in-person sessions in Indianapolis, Terre Haute and the surrounding areas. We offer office based, home-based, community or "walk-and-talk" options.
Our home offices are located in Castleton and Downtown Indianapolis, though we do partner with other therapists around town so we can meet in a space close to you.
Community sessions can be held at a coffee shop, library, your office - anywhere really!
Do we accept insurance?
Yes and no!
We believe that self-pay is the best way to provide more individualized and less restrictive treatment for each client. Our rates begin at $95 per session, with each therapist having limited sliding scale opportunities available. We accept cash, check and credit/debit cards. You can also use your HSA for payment. Superbills are also available upon request, but please be aware that using out-of-network benefits may affect frequency, duration, or location of therapy sessions.
Lydia and Laura are in-network with Anthem, Aetna and Cigna (check out their profiles for more information). We have partnered with Headway to allow you to use your insurance easily. When using insurance, you will be asked to create a Headway client account. Please feel free to visit headway.co/ for more information.
Cat is also in-network with Traditional Medicaid.
What mission and values drive our practice?
It is our mission to support one's journey toward healing and understanding by strengthening the relationship with self and others. We also believe that quality mental health treatment should be accessible and affordable.
