Who Can Join?
- Adults diagnosed with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other neurodivergences.
- Anyone seeking understanding and support in navigating neurodivergent life challenges.
What to Expect:
- Peer support in a non-judgmental environment.
- Guest speakers and experts sharing insights and tips.
- Practical strategies for daily life and relationships.
What's the cost?
- $25 per week. If this is a barrier, please send us an email.
Do I have to attend every week?
- We understand that life can be busy and committing to a six week group can be difficult, therefore we're fine you attending when you can.
