As a therapist, my goal is to help you own your story. I would like to help you shine light on the challenges in the darkness by accepting your worthiness, by embracing joy and creativity, and by empowering you to write the ending to your story.
All of us need a safe space to discover the strengths we have within. I am able to meet you where you are - physically and emotionally. I offer office based and virtual sessions.
Additionally, I can pair therapy with the benefits of nature by utilizing Walk and Talk sessions.

I am trained and experienced in trauma, family focused attachment therapy and couple’s therapy. I also offer coaching for parents.
