“There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.” - John Green
As a therapist, my hope is to acknowledge and integrate your experiences to create a meaningful life. I truly believe that we are all doing the best we can with what we have. Therapy is the opportunity to provide yourself with what you need to find peace and healing. I work to provide you with a safe place to feel heard, be supported, and feel connected, as we cannot heal without these factors.
It is an honor to be entrusted with your story - the pain, struggle, and resiliency. I strongly believe that using the strengths within you is the key to healing and overcoming.
I provide therapy based on your needs and meaningful consideration of what may be the best fit for you. I use an integrated therapy model with my specialties including attachment, trauma, adoption & foster care, substance abuse, supporting the LGBTQ+ community, and suicide loss survivors.
I seek to make therapy a comfortable place for you - whether that be in your home, in a coffee shop, nature, or an office. Just like many before you, you may feel nervous or guarded when starting therapy. I want to encourage you that after the first session, many have told me they feel much more comfortable, open, and excited for the next session.
